||Quality Manager - Detroit (Posting #136)
We are currently seeking a Quality Manager for
our Detroit office. Responsibilities
include establishing and updating packaging and delivery protocols. Investigate claims and rejections and
determine disposition. Perform root
cause analysis and communicate with involved parties including mill, processor
and carrier. Observe processing operations
and monitor performance. Hold regularly
scheduled quality meetings with all stakeholders.
Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors
degree along with 7-10 years relevant experience. Ability to manage relationships with
customer, processor and mill. Excellent
interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, detail orientation and
computer literacy are a must.
